2025 ANNUAL DUES DUE & COMCAST INSTALL
Hey Neighbors!
We know keeping our lawns beautiful while conserving water is important to everyone. Here's your simple guide to watering in our community:
If your address ends in an ODD number (1,3,5,7,9):
Water on Wednesdays & Saturdays
If your address ends in an EVEN number (0,2,4,6,8):
Water on Thursdays & Sundays
✅ Early Morning: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM ✅ Evening: 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
💡 Smart Tip: Setting your sprinklers for early morning (like 3-6 AM) works best! Less water evaporates, and your plants will thank you.
No watering on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays
No watering between 9 AM - 5 PM (helps prevent water waste)
Don't worry! We have special 60-day exceptions for new landscaping. Reach out to us for details!

You have your choice of outside plants, bushes, and trees, so long as they are planted on your property and not in the easements, that they are not invasive species prohibited by the State of Florida, and that your landscaping plan is approved by the Board before planting. An Application to Proceed with Exterior Modifications is on page E) Forms for Members.
If you would prefer to have less grass and more plants, then you might consider a Florida Friendly Landscape. A booklet about this type of landscaping is below, and more information can be found online. Remember, any changes to your yard require an approved Application to Proceed with Exterior Modifications.
We have also included a guide from the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) titled "Water Wise" with best practices and tips for using less water while maintaining your lawn and plants.
