2025 Annual Meeting - December 20, 2025

Comcast Fiber Install - April 1, 2025

Comcast is laying fiber conduit through the neighborhood, similar to CenturyLink/Lumen last year. However, they are utilizing different paths and instead of lay-flat boxes they are using green pedestals.

If you have issues with the contractors and your property, please report immediately via contact form.

2025 Dues notice was sent out, please send us your dues for April 15, 2024.

2024 Annual Meeting - December 19, 2024

Continued Fiber Install & Mailbox Payment - December 2024

Reminder that the second payment for the Mailbox Special Assessment is due on 12/15/2024. More information can be found on our 📫MAILBOXES📫 page

Quantum (Lumen/Centurylink) ran fiber conduit back in March of 2024. That conduit is empty and unused. Recently surveyors have been by flagging and tagging the utilities. This is because Lumen will be out to complete the installation. Any residents with Lumen fiber may experience service interruptions during cutover.

Special Assessment for Mailboxes - June 15, 2024

The Board of Directors approved a Special Assessment of $249.50 per household, on June 8th, 2024, to fund the replacement of mailboxes throughout our community (31 units). More information can be found on our 📫MAILBOXES📫 page.

Some of you may have noticed the construction and digging around the neighborhood! Quantum Fiber (owned by CenturyLink) is installing new conduit for fiber optic internet.
