Q: Are you wanting to Lease your home?
A: Section 5.9 Leasing of Units was added to our Covenants and Restrictions to set limits on the number of homes that can be leased in Shannon Pines. It requires any Lot Owner that wishes to lease their home to submit an Application to Lease to the Board at least 10 days prior to the first day of occupancy by a tenant. Even if you have leased your home previously, a new application must be submitted for any new tenants.
Q: Do you want to make changes to the exterior of your home or landscaping?
A: Lot owners must submit an Application to Proceed with Exterior Modifications to the Board for approval before work begins.
Q: Want to volunteer and help your neighbors with drainage, gardening, and outdoor work?
A: Please complete and submit the Volunteer Waiver of Liability to protect yourself and your neighbors.
Q: Want to make a Suggestion, offer a Comment, or register a Complaint with the Board?
A: Please use the Member's Comments form. Please print and mail, or use as a guideline for an email to the Board of Directors.
