2025 ANNUAL DUES DUE & COMCAST INSTALL
Shannon Pines Lot Owners' Association
Lee County Department of Transportation
East Mulloch Creek Drainage District
South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) has the oversight and final approval of our drainage system. They visited our community in 2012 and confirmed that work was in fact needed. SFWMD suggested we hire a Civil Engineer to help get the work done with the least impact and expense to residents, and to create a maintenance plan for us to follow.
The Board requested bids and Hagan Engineering was selected in 2013 to assess our drainage system, identify the remediation needs, and develop a maintenance program. Most of the required remediation work has been completed already, but outstanding item still need to be completed.
Residents must keep all debris cleared and vegetation trimmed in the Central Retention Area so that the flow of surface water is not altered or restricted in an way.
Maintaining our surface water drainage system is the number one priority of the Shannon Pines Lot Owners' Association. The drainage system protects people and property, and understanding how it works and maintaining it properly is ultimately every member's responsibility.
