2025 ANNUAL DUES DUE & COMCAST INSTALL
The Association's budget is for maintenance of our drainage system and common area, landscaping, utilities, office supplies, postage, insurance, and attorney's fees.Â
Any additional expenses, if needed, could require special assessments to be approved by the Board of Directors and paid by all members.
For 2024 our Association's Annual Dues are $250 per home, an increase from last year. See 2025 Budget. If you need a copy to mail in your dues, click here to download 2025 dues letter.
