2026 ANNUAL DUES DUE $250 by April, 15 2026
The Association's budget is for maintenance of our drainage system and common area, landscaping, utilities, office supplies, postage, insurance, and attorney's fees.
Any additional expenses, if needed, could require special assessments to be approved by the Board of Directors and paid by all members.
