2025 ANNUAL DUES DUE & COMCAST INSTALL
1. What are my responsibilities as a Lot Owner?
When you purchased a home in Shannon Pines, you automatically became a member of the Association. It's your responsibility to understand and abide by our governing documents: the Covenants & Restrictions, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and current Rules & Regulations.
2. Why does the Association have rules?
An association like ours has rules to help maintain the safety, appearance, and value of the neighborhood, thereby protecting our biggest investment, our homes. The prime responsibility of the Shannon Pines Lot Owners' Association is the maintenance of our drainage system.
3. How do I report an issue, make a suggestion, or ask a question?
Attend a Board Meeting, or submit a "Members Comment" form to the Board of Directors by mail. For an even faster response please email the form.
